About Living-Free:"Living Free" now airs on cable Channel 15 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Show time is 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. Sunday evenings. St. Paul Neighborhood Network (SPNN), a local (FCC required) cable service, offering public access programming in the city of St. Paul, Minnesota.
Living Free is also broadcast in Minneapolis on Minneapolis Telecommunications Network (MTN) Cable channel 17 at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesdays (immediately following the broadcast of DemocracyNow!).
Living Free is focused on promoting the values of "truth, beauty, freedom, and above all, love"; the same values that drove the era of the "Belle epoque," in France during the latter part of the 19th century and into the early part of the 20th (see - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belle_Epoque). Prior to 2011, we focused on distributing content provided by Pepperspray Productions (see http://www.peppersprayproductions.org/ for more information about this project).I have made a deliberate decision to focus on more positive and pragmatic content. We hope to inspire folks and provide useful resources to promote personal autonomy, and creative living. With collaborators, I am currently focused on creating content documenting individuals who live their lives as creatively as possible and institutions that affect positive change in the community.
